This tenant conversion of a representative office building was carried out in extraordinarily close coordination between the client, architect and lighting designer in order to meet the user's differentiated catalogue of requirements in detail across the heterogeneous areas of use. In addition, during the planning process, the corona crisis called into question the client's desire for open office structures and led to a productive discourse about flexible and future-oriented offices.
